Fri 8/27/21 - Full Body (Bench)

Started with bench for 1@8, then 4x6 @70%.  I ended up doing a top double instead of a single.  Just felt like it?  Next were light front squats for 3 sets. Next was bent over row 70%AMRAP, 63% 2x10.  Finsihed up with pullovers for a bit of accessory work.
