46 + 8 = 54

Back in Mint Hill and a WO at Snap Fitness. Push day (mostly).  Threw in a few sets of pullups.

Nutrition/Weight:
I weighed 175.6 this morning. Came home from Thanksgiving vacation over 180#'s!
