Joe arrived last night for the weekend so we went to the gym very early this morning for a WO. Been dieting hard this week, so we kept volume on the light side, kept rests fairly short. Started with incline and pulldown combo. Then shoulder press with inverted rows.  Then we did overhead triceps extensions with EZ bar curls. Finished up with some rear delts, abs and chest fly’s.

Started this WO with leg raises in the Capt Chair during warmups. Good.

Weight: 
I weighed 173.2 this morning. Feeling good. A ways to go, but at this time I’m in good shape for my target.
