Quick Pull day today. Started with seated row machine that was a bit awkward. Then I did a pulldown machine I like, supersetted with crunch twists with a 25# plate on my chest. Then I supersetted 1-arm iso rows with machine preacher curls. Curls felt a bit awkward too. Then I did rear delt with reverse crunches. Finished up with 2 sets of hammer curls.
