Started with squat for 4x8. Felt good, knees felt good. Next I did paused bench and RDL's. I wanted to go a bit heavier on bench 5x5, but my right shoulder didn't feel great at 185 so I backed off and just got some work in. RDL's were fine. Finished up with OHP and inverted rows on the rings.
