Started with bench for 1@8, -15-20% 5x3. Top single felt pretty good (8.5RPE) and back offs were solid. Squat felt pretty good for sets of 8. Then pullups for 4 reps Every Minute On the Minute was solid. Finished with shoulder press and seated rows superset.
