Some arm and core GPP in the morning. Skull crushers and simlar movements still bother my left shoulder, especially when not fully warmed up. They felt better as I went along but have to limit ROM a bit and not let elbow travel overhead too far as I'd prefer. Curls were 2 sets EZ bar, 2 sets barbell. Shoulder taps were handstand position, one arm tap opposite shoulder. This felt more like a triceps/shoulder movement than core as it was supposed to be. Meh.
