Sarah and I worked out at Ida Lee gym again before heading to PA for the Spotts reunion.
Started with DB incline and weighted pull-ups. Pleased with both of these. Next we did DB shoulder press with row machine. Finished up with arm work and some abs. Kept it shorter than last one because we want to get on the road to PA.
