GBR Lower 2 started with long pause (2-3 count) squats. Today is my lighter lower day but long paused squats still aren't "easy".  Next was deadlifts and banded squat holds. 45 seconds is still hard for these. I'll keep working at them.  Finished up with single leg SLDL's and weighted crunches.  Crunches are actually feeling pretty good.
