Starting the Powerbuildling template again. Started with squat for 6 reps @RPE7,8,9. Then incline with 1 count pause for 6 reps @RPE 7,8,9. Finished up with RDL's for sets of 10 @RPE 6,7,8. Weights were down a bit from prior to vacation. Somewhat expected after time off and being sick. Still a solid start.
