Sun 4/29 - Pull Day

Pull day today. Started with pull-ups for 2 sets and then 2 sets of pulldowns.  My elbows have been bothering me, so I didn't want to do more then 2 sets of pull-ups.  Next we did 4 sets of seated rows.  Then we did rear delt fly's with crunches.  Finished up with a bunch of curls and more crunches.  Decent WO. Weight shot up after sushi last night.

Nutrition/Weight:
I weighed 180.8 this morning.
