Sat 4/28 - Push Day

Push day. Started with incline, 2 heavy sets, 2 medium sets.  Then we raised angle of incline and did 3 more sets.  Next we did 3 sets shoulder press and crunches. Finished up with chest fly's and skull crushers.  My right elbow has been bothering me, so after 1 heavy set, I dropped the weight.  Decent WO.

Nutrition/Weight:
I weighed 176.6 this morning.
