Friday 5/6 - Upper

Workout: Golds

Quick upper WO today. No DB incline, and may try to stay away from that for a little while, at least heavy stuff until my R shoulder heals and feels better. I started with iso incline and vbar pulldown superset. Incline felt good and didn’t bother my shoulder/pec much at all. Next I did iso shoulder press with one-arm iso rows. Both were pretty good.  Then I 2 sets each rope extension, cable lateral raise, face pulls. Finished up with 2 sets each fly’s with planks.  Solid quick WO.

I weighed 169.8 this morning. Gotta quit bloating up on the weekend and then dropping 10#’s during the week. Second week in a row.
