Another very good FB WO at end of hard cutting week. I was able to keep reps on incline. Leg press and DL were both good. Pullups were really good today even though only 2 sets. Overall very pleased w/ how I held up this week.

Nutrition:
I weighed 178.6 this morning. Don't know why weight jumped up, but still feeling lean. Going to have a re-feed today and then back to diet on Monday.
